Have you ever wondered if it is possible to know that you are accepted by God, to know that your sins are forgiven, to know that you have eternal life?

In the Bible, Paul's letter to the Romans explains how God makes eternal life possible for us, and shows us how we may obtain that eternal life.

Just a few verses from Romans show us the way:

No one is good enough to deserve eternal life

As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
Romans 3:10

For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Romans 3:23

> Admit you are a sinner in the sight of God.

Our sins deserve death

Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:
Romans 5:12

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 6:23

> Repent: turn from your sins to God.

Christ died in our place

But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 5:8

> Look to Jesus only to save you from your sins.

We must each trust in Christ to be saved

For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Romans 10:13

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Romans 10:9

> Personally trust in Christ to save you, and publicly confess your faith in Him.
